Caitlin Rose Kenney is a Colorado, USA, based Yoga and mindfulness teacher. Her offerings explore and nourish the whole being through balanced and regenerative practices. Caitlin Rose has been teaching since 2011 and has studied a variety of Yoga and meditation styles which make her offerings rich and unique. Whether she is teaching am alignment-focused flow or a restoring yin class, you can expect her sequencing to be both creative and grounded in smart anatomical progressions. Her personal practice and teachings have been influenced by Sarah Powers, Gina Caputo, Elena Brower, Rachel Hull, Anna Smallwood and Laura Allard.
She is a sought after Yin Yoga instructor and often weaves the wisdom from Chinese Meridian Theory into her classes. She leads Yin Yoga Training, is a featured teacher on YogaDownload.com and has a free library of Yoga classes available on Yoga Sesh Podcast. She has a B.A. in Psychology and is a trained technician of 5-Point Ear Acu (also known as the NADA protocol, Acudetox or Acuwellness). Caitlin Rose is currently working towards a Masters in Classical 5-Element Acupuncture.
From 2021-2023 she founded and directed Threshold Project to support community through the thresholds of life in spaces filled with art, ecology, music and conversation. She continues to advocate for the arts, local farms and non-profit organizations.
