Seasonal Attunement

As the seasons turn, I host a special in-person Yin Yoga practice to support arriving, syncing and balancing with nature. Registration is open for Summer Attunement on Wednesday June 17th 7:00-8:15pm.

I will guide you into shapes that support your vitality for the season we are entering and share wisdom from Chinese Medicine (which shares roots with Yin Yoga), poetry and guided meditations.

Yin Yoga works with the connective tissues of the body, which are collagen-rich conductive pathways, and profoundly impacts the flexibility and stability of our body, mind and spirit.

While nature follows a seasonal cycle, each turn of the wheel is unique and inspires us to observe, adapt, harmonize and find gratitude for what is.

Seasonal Attunement is held at the Lyons Farmette so that we can notice the changes in the gardens and wild landscape. Yoga is in a modern barn with lots of windows where we can observe the quality of natural light.
