Yin Yoga & Meditation

I really liked this class. I’ve done a lot of yoga over the years, mostly Ashtanga or vinyasa where I am constantly moving. This was very different from what I normally do and I loved it. It felt so calming. Caitlin Rose had a very kind, calming, accepting, nurturing demeanor that just made me feel like melting into each pose and staying there forever. At one point I actually cried while in a pose and it just felt like that is what I needed to do then and it made me so happy to have that release.
