Caitlin Rose Kenney is a Colorado based Yoga & Mindfulness teacher. She has been teaching since 2011 and specializes in Yin Yoga and seasonally-attuned practices.

Upon completing her Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology she went to Bali to be trained in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga and jumped into leading classes. Amidst teaching, she continued to deepen her studies in more training and assisting world-renowned teachers. She developed an alignment-focused teaching style from the influences of Iyengar Yoga and Integrated Vinyasa.

After taking a Yin Yoga class in New York City, a spark was ignited and she began studying with Sarah and Ty Powers. Through successive training, she learned an array of meditation practices and teachings from the Buddha dharma.

The Taoist foundation of Yin Yoga led her to fall in love with the cycles of nature. Through apprenticing herself to the elements, she found language for and an embodied understanding of the “yin side”. To further her skills in helping others find balance and harmony, she is a student of 5-Element Acupuncture and treats at the Institute of Taoist Education & Acupuncture.

She loves supporting people who are navigating thresholds — from creative sabbaticals, to fertility journeys, periods of healing, navigating cancer and transitions into a new season of life. Her classes are infused ecological conversations, the dance between yin and yang, and nature’s seasonal wisdom.

Her teachers and mentors include: Sarah & Ty Powers, Sarah Jane Shangraw, Gina Caputo, Kathryn Budig, Elena Brower, Rachel Hull, Anna Smallwood, Nafisa Ramos and Laura Allard.
