Caitlin Rose Kenney

Caitlin Rose Kenney is a Colorado, USA, based Yoga and mindfulness teacher. Her offerings explore and nourish the whole being through balanced and regenerative practices. She is known for holding space with a calm confidence that allows practitioners to move safely, feel their experience, revitalize and heal. Her gentle demeanor and articulate instructions aid students at any level to advance their ability for precision and graceful embodiment.

Caitlin Rose has been teaching since 2011 and has studied a variety of Yoga styles which make her offerings rich and unique.  Whether she is teaching am alignment-focused flow or a restoring yin class, you can expect her sequencing to be both creative and grounded in smart anatomical progressions. Her personal practice and teachings have been influenced by Sarah Powers, Gina Caputo, Elena Brower, Rachel Hull, Anna Smallwood and Laura Allard.

She is a sought after Yin Yoga instructor and often weaves the wisdom from Chinese Meridian Theory into her classes. She is currently studying Classical 5-Element Acupuncture and is a trained technician of 5-Point Ear Acu (also known as the NADA protocol, Acudetox or Acuwellness).

Caitlin Rose is a folklore beekeeper and spends time with the honeybees as a way to apprentice herself to nature. From spending time with the honeybees, gardening and hiking, her teachings are infused with ecological conversations, the dance between yin and yang, and nature's seasonal wisdom.

Caitlin Rose leads Yin Yoga Training and is the founder of Threshold Project — which curates and produces events to support the thresholds of life. She has a library of free Yoga classes available on Yoga Sesh Podcast and is a featured teacher on YogaDownload.com.

“I've been doing yoga for over 10 years around the the world, and Caitlin has absolutely become one of my very favorite teachers. She's skillful, deeply knowledgable, obviously passionate, but perhaps my favorite thing is she's also just really real. She's a good kind human being, who knows her stuff and shares it generously. I'd refer her to anyone.”
